Root 4 Refunds & Returns Policy

At Root 4, we take pride in offering high-quality plants, unique crystal specimens, and carefully curated merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund and exchange policy:

Plants

We understand that plants are living organisms that can be affected by environmental conditions. For this reason, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The plant must show signs of environmental stress beyond the buyer’s control (e.g., pest issues, improper acclimation).
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Plants must be brought back in person to Root 4 for assessment.

🌱 No exchanges will be allowed for plants that have died due to neglect, improper care, or lack of watering.

Crystal Specimens, Seeds, and Merchandise

All sales are final on the following items:

  • Crystal specimens – No refunds or exchanges. Each piece is unique, and we encourage careful selection before purchase.
  • Seeds – Due to the nature of seeds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Other merchandise – All other items, including accessories and decor, are final sale unless defective at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss a resolution.

Store Availability

Root 4 is currently available by appointment only for in-person exchanges and inquiries.
